π Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for:
- Items that arrive damaged or defective
- Incorrect items received
Conditions for return:
- Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it
- Return request submitted within 14 days of delivery date
π« Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items are non-returnable:
- Custom Labubu outfits and accessories
- Workshop bookings
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
- Trade-in program purchases (pre-loved figures)
π§ How to Request a Return
- Email support@mobubu.com.au with your order number, photos of the item, and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request within 2 business days and provide return instructions if approved.
- Ship the item back to the address provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
π° Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5β7 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
π Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@mobubu.com.au.
