🔄 Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for:

• Items that arrive damaged or defective
• Incorrect items received

Conditions for return:

• Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it
• Return request submitted within 14 days of delivery date

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are non-returnable:

• Custom Labubu outfits and accessories
• Workshop bookings
• Gift cards
• Sale or clearance items
• Trade-in program purchases (pre-loved figures)

📧 How to Request a Return

1. Email support@mobubu.com.au with your order number, photos of the item, and reason for return.
2. Our team will review your request within 2 business days and provide return instructions if approved.
3. Ship the item back to the address provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

🔁 Exchanges
