How long does shipping take?

Australia: 2–5 business days
New Zealand: 5–10 business days
International: 7–15 business days
Note: Pre-order items or custom outfit orders may take additional processing time.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor its journey in real time.

Are your Labubu outfits officially licensed?

Mobubu outfits are uniquely designed and handmade by our creative team, inspired by the POP Couture aesthetic. They are not official POP MART products but are created for fans to express their Labubu’s personal style.

Can I request a custom design?

Absolutely! Contact us at support@mobubu.com.au with your ideas, and we will discuss feasibility and pricing for your custom Labubu outfit.
